Child safety standards

Urogallo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Adults only

• Urogallo is only for people aged 18 or over.
• Everyone must enter their date of birth when signing up, and accounts under 18 cannot be created.
• Accounts that appear to belong to a minor are suspended.

What is not allowed

• Any content that sexualises minors, including images, videos, text or links.
• Grooming, or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sharing, requesting or promoting child sexual abuse material.

How to report

• In the app, open the profile of the person or the place and tap Report. Choose "Seems underage" or "Inappropriate content" as the reason.
• You can also write to us at [email protected].

What we do

• We review every report and act on it as quickly as possible.
• We remove the content and permanently suspend the accounts involved.
• We report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the competent authorities, including the Spanish police and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we keep the information they request as required by law.
